The N5425A/B is a differential ZIF probe head.
It is designed for use with Keysight InfiniiMax Ultra, InfiniiMax RC as well as InfiniiMax II probe amplifiers. The bandwidth supported by this probe head differs based on the probe amplifier and ZIF tip with which it is used. Refer to the Compatibility table on this page to know about the supported bandwidth.
The N5425B must be used with one of the following ZIF tips:
N5426A ZIF Tip
The N5426A ZIF tip provides maximum bandwidth with a lead-free solder-in probe solution.

N5451A Long-Wire ZIF Tip
The N5451A ZIF tip provides a high-bandwidth replaceable solder-in tip with extra reach (9 GHz with 7 mm and 5 GHz with 11 mm wire.

The N2884A fine-wire ZIF tip is a high-fidelity, high bandwidth solution for probing an active IC.
